NRE (Nawaz Rice Engineering) NRE, headquarter in Muridke, Punjab is an international company focused on the development, production of rice, lentil and pulse manufacturing plants. NRE is a leading supplier of machinery, ducts and computerized color sorters. NRE has commissioned over 120 processing plants worldwide. NRE manufactures color sorters, rotary sifters, combi, vertical elevators and various other equipment for rice and pulses industry. NRE is affiliated with South Korean manufacturer and some of the hi-tech machinery is build in Korea or assembled in Pakistan. NRE is certified for its quality management system under ISO/TS 16949:2002. History The company was founded by entrepreneur and engineer Nawaz Akram in 1996. Within 10 the company became one of the largest manufactures of rice plants in South Asia. The company is opening a second manufacturing factory on Multan Road Lahore. Affilication Nawaz Rice Engineering is affiliated with Daewon Co LTD of Korea who makes ducts and heavy machinery.
