'National security hermeneutics is a scientific discipline in the frames of national security studies the aim of which is research of principles of interpretation of the essence of national security coming from the objective and subjective factors. National security hermeneutics maintained the understanding of events which occur in the sphere of national security form the position of the subject management of the system of national security. As the understanding is the form of social life thus national security has to be understandable. National security hermeneutics is one of the ways of consolidation of researchers’ surveys of the in the sphere of national security and exercise of national security paradigm. National security hermeneutics is reasonable also in usage because of that fact that the process of national security maintenance has the analysis of the objective data of human activity in the process of its interests realization as its element.
