National libertarianism

National libertarianism is a political theory that is Anti-Federalist, State Socialist and local communist. State Socialism as in State welfare not Communist Marxism, and minor local communism where local governments lease property and charge property tax and manages some means of production and services to facilitate growth in the local economy. States' rights are a big part of the ideology along with 10th Amendment principals, free market Laissez-faire policy at the national level but more Authoritarian to enforce laws at the state and local level. There can be minor blending of political philosophy (liberty, socialism, and communism) up or down one level of government but not two levels so national communism and local libertarianism is opposed (local libertarianism would be like the Wild Wild West or tribal Afghanistan).
