Narayana Swamy Ashramam

Narayana Swamy Ashramamis located in Bramham Gari Matham, Andhra Pradesh near to Brahmam sagar reservoir.
Bommu's family members constructed Narayana Swamy's temple in Obularaju Palle and continued doing worship with Narayana Swamy.
Later this village was submerged in Brahmam sagar reservoir in 2005. Bommu family members started a registered trust and later started constructing the temple.In 2008 Garbhagudi (the main area where Narayana Swamy's Idol is present) is completed and moving towards expansion. Narayana Swamy is ilavelpu for Bommu's family and every year Bommu family members, relatives and other devotees will celebrate Swamy's utsava.
It is believed that a natural light appears on the water of Braham Sagar reservoir where the old temple was submerged under the water on the occasion of Narayana Swamy's aradhana utsavaam day. All devotees have seen this natural light for last 3 years continuously and this year Swamy's aradhana will be celebrated on 19-March-2012.

Narayana Swamy Ashramam is located 62 km from Cuddapah. It is well connected by road. The preferable route is Cuddapah-Mydukur-Kandimallayapalli. From Mydukur, the distance is 37 km.
From Hyderabad the route is Hyderabad - Kurnool - Nandyal - Allagadda - Mydukur - B Matham. From Mydukur to B.Matham distance is around 35 km From Badvel also direct buses available. Badvel to B.Matham distance is around 25 km. Guest houses available at B.Matham
By train
The nearest railway station is Cuddapah, 62 km away.
From cuddapah you can journey on the road through Mydukur and it is 36 km away from Cuddapah and from Mydukur Brahmamgarimattam is 35 km away.
