Naomi Nwokolo, born in (June 4, 1991), Oji River Local Government, Enugu state, is a development attorney, and the current Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact Network Nigeria, which serves as the country office for the United Nations Global Compact. She was appointed the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Nigeria in 2019, and was appointed as the UN Global Compact's African Regional Network Council Chairperson to the Global Network Council (GNC) in 2022 and 2024. Career Besides her appointment as the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Nigeria, She is a Co-founder of AOP Legal practitioners- a commercial law firm, and founder of the Women Rights Protection and Rehabilitation Centre, a non-governmental organisation. She was named as an awardee in African Women in Development Awards in 2022. Education Naomi Nwokolo holds an LL.B degree from Enugu State University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Nigerian Law School. She has a Master of Laws (LLM) from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, and a sustainability certificate from the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, United Kingdom.<ref name=":0" />
