Nahte

Nahte is Ethan Higbee the other half of American Music Group International Friends. He is a filmmaker, music producer, and painter. His debut solo album, Viper In A Pre Dawn Raid, was released in July 2007. This self produced album pulls together homemade sounds, kids keyboards, electronic instruments and drum machines to interweave and construct 20 multi textured synth loop pop ballads. His feature film debut was the biopic on Lee "Scratch" Perry entitled The Upsetter: The Life and Music of Lee Scratch Perry. The film premiered at the 2008 SXSW Film Festival and is currently touring the world. His second feature film The Anti-Fascist is due out in November 2008. nahte has composed music for such feature films as Weapons, Bomb The System, Waterborne, and Roundest Wheel, and has directed music videos for Damian Marley, Screaming Soul Hill and Click Debiese. In Early 2008 nahte released two high profile singles "Diary Remix" with Bay area rapper LiL'B from the The Pack and "Windblow" with good friend and mentor Lee Scratch Perry.
