N-able Technologies is a provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) automation solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and information technology (IT) departments.
N-able’s N-central software and complementary toolsets are sold through technology channel partners worldwide and designed to offer intuitive IT automation and proactive monitoring, management and optimization of IP-enabled devices and IT infrastructure.
In May 2011, N-able introduced N-central 8.0, a new RMM automation software platform for MSPs and IT departments. N-central 8.0 is designed to give N-able partners the capability to grow their IT service businesses by helping their customers achieve 100 percent coverage of - and support for - valuable IT assets. The software offers new cross-customer dashboards, views and management; enhanced hardware discovery; a new scripting workflow; a mobile user interface for enhanced technician accessibility; and greater support and manageability for physical, virtualized, mobile and application-based technologies.
N-able maintains offices in North America, the U.K., the Netherlands and Australia, and has formed strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Intel, IBM, CA, Cisco, APC, Autotask and other IT companies. 2,200 managed service provider partners worldwide use N-able's software to monitor and manage 44,000 remote networks in more than 30 countries.
