Muddles the Bear

Muddles the Bear is the fundraising comic alter-ego of fundraiser Tom Ingram. Originally Muddles was used as a character to entertain guest at Tom's charity events, but in 2010 Ingram decided to focus more on the character and since then Muddles has hosted his own fundraising events and supported various charities at their fundraising events these have included Hampshire Autistic Society, The Portsmouth Hospitals Rocky Appeal and Comic Relief Red Nose Day. History Muddles first appeared in public in early 2009 when Ingram launched the character to entertain guests and his fundraising events in which he was holding in memory of his mother who died in 2008. In 2010 Tom hosted his last event of which he would appear publicly and host. In early 2011 Muddles started hosting his own charity events these have included quiz nights in aid of Red Nose Day and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS trust Rocky Appeal. Future Speaking in character Muddles plans on hosting many more fundraisers for different charities with what he calls his 'Fundraising Mission' and currently updates supporters through his facebook and twitter accounts.
