Mount Lawn Speedway

Mount Lawn Speedway is a short-track raceway located in Greensboro/Mount Lawn, Indiana. The track was founded in 1935 by Dr. George W. Sweigart. It is a 3/10 mile egg shaped flat track. Mt. Lawn provides racing every Saturday and occasionally Wed, May through late September. The track has four notable races. The May 5-0's is a 50 lap Late Model feature and is held the weekend of the Indianapolis 500. The other races are the Raintree 100, The Extravaganza 100's and the Founders Day 100. The Raintree 100 is a 100 lap late model feature and the Founders Day 100 is a 100 lap Thunder Car feature. The Extravaganza is held at the end of the year and is 100 laps all divisions plus CRA Street Stocks.
