Mohibullah Noori

Mohibullah Noori is leader at Heart of Asia Nations Integration Movement. He is Writer of Fajristan Civilizational Region a theory on regional integration.
Mr. Noori is the former Director of Policy at Afghanistan National Security Council and Head of Reintegration Commission at Afghanistan High Council for National Reconciliation.
When he was a Deputy policy-maker at the Afghanistan National Security Council survived from a gun attack on his car in central Parwan province.
Mohibullah noori is an anti Taliban politician and Takhar influential figure. Following the fall of several districts of Takhar to the Taliban , on June 20, 2021, a group of Takhar elders Including Mohibullah Noori and Ashraf Ani a member of Parliament announced at a press conference in Kabul that they will resist Taliban. on June 26, 2021 Mohibullah Noori led a group entered the Taloqan City and united the Takhar commanders to resist against Taliban.
