Mohammad Musa Aziz

Mohammad Musa Aziz is an Afghan Paediatrician/Environment and human rights activist. He co-founded Poverty Reduction Foundation in Afghanistan which works in raising awareness about Poverty in Afghanistan.
Though he is a Physician by profession he has always volunteered and worked towards bringing peace and stability to Afghanistan.
Life and career
He attended Shaikh Zayed University of Khost and got his medical degree from there, later on he got a postgraduate diploma in health management from Afghanistan Public Health Institute. He served the Afghan National Army for one year as a volunteer physician.
Aziz co-founded Poverty Reduction Foundation and is the Chief Coordinator for PRF now, he coordinates several projects which aims to increase awareness about poverty. Currently, PRF provides training to unemployed youth to build their capacity. Aziz is a member of Youth in Action Association, which works to unite the youth together for peace.

Mohammad Musa Aziz joined the international 350 organization and organized several events on raising awareness about climate change. On 10/10/10 he organized the first ever event on climate change in Afghanistan.
Renewable energy
Aziz has been active in working towards raising awareness about using renewable energy sources in Afghanistan, of which solar panels have become very famous in Afghanistan.
One Laptop Per Child Afghanistan
Aziz was overseeing the implementation of One Laptop per Child project in Afghanistan, which was a sole education project and aimed to bring educational revolution in Afghanistan.
Aziz build and developed the first ever Afghan educational game using "Ren'Py", the game was built for the purpose of educating school children about daily health issues.
