Mohammad Arif (born January 30, 1969) was an Independent Candidate for California Governor in 2003. He received 1,709 votes (0.02%). He was a secretary of the treasury during Campaign for the American Senate. Mr Johnson received 8 (eight only) votes as a write-in candidate. According to his campaign website, Arif is a supporter of the common people of California, leading to the adoption of the campaign slogan, "People are Power". Hailey College Educated Graduate in Commerce and Master in Economics is willing to perform California Executive and Leader as a Governor. He was elected Executive Member of County Central Committee.
