Mixed Solution

Mixed Solution is an American Alternative hip hop, electro hop group from Raleigh, North Carolina. The group is composed of vocalist and rapper Thomas Milmoe, multi-instrumentalist and producer Daniel Joseph Schneider aka D.J.S., Quiet Mike, and vocalist Meg Mckeown.
History
The group formed in 2007 upon Dan's arrival home from studying Music Production at SAE Institute in Byron Bay, Australia. Always having a dream to create music together, high school friends Milmoe and Dan decided to take the music they had always wanted to make, and do it.
Let It Grow: 2008-present
Over the course of several years of growth and revisions, Mixed Solution finally released their self produced debut album entitled "Let It Grow" on October 19, 2009. Writer LaVerne Singleton II from the Raleigh Examiner said "To describe this album in a word, it's diverse. If you're a fan of underground hip-hop, electronica, a little hip-pop or all of the above, there's something on this album for you."
Since the album's release, they have played the eight songs from "Let It Grow" along with several new songs at numerous venues in Raleigh. Mixed Solution's live show is a big part of their public appeal. Quiet Mike's visualizations have the crowd entranced while Milmoe's energetic stage presence and powerful lyrics keep the audience fully engaged.
The group recently won the annual Battle of the Bands competition at East Carolina University. As a part of the prize, Mixed Solution will be opening for Jason Derulo and Carolina Liar at the East Carolina University 31st annual Barefoot on the Mall festival.
Mixed Solution is currently playing shows and working on their second album tentatively entitled "The Dark Rift".
"If you have the opportunity to check these guys out live... Do it!"
