The character is primarily associated with Krzak's animations for Yankovic's songs "Albuquerque: THE MOVIE" (2006) and "Everything You Know Is Wrong" (2007). Miracle Machine wears a red vest (canonically a Nehru Jacket), a white shirts, blue trousers and red shoes.

Before the name reveal, fans called the character "Not Fry", after the name reveal, people then called the character in Albuquerque Miracle Machine but in the "Everything You Know Is Wrong" animation as "Not Fry". Though both appearances are visually identical and often collectively referred to as Miracle Machine. According to one fan account citing a podcast appearance, Krzak may have discussed the name choice on the "Dave And Ethan's 2000\" Weird Al Podcast".
In the Albuquerque Reanimated Collab Discord Server, Krzak stated: "He's probably mostly influenced by Homestar Runner, Earthworm Jim, and Butch Hartman style. If Fry influenced it, it was only subconciously. I didn't realize they had the same clothes until everyone started pointing it out"
