Minnesota Leather Pride

Minnesota Leather Pride is a kink/BDSM community organization based in Minnesota that aims to "celebrate, honor, and nurture our culture and history by facilitating communication and building alliances among individuals and groups within the leather/BDSM/kink community; offering opportunities for communication, social interaction, visibility, activism, and community service." MN Leather Pride's main event is the annual Minnesota Leather Weekend, where contestants compete for the title of Ms Minnesota Leather, Minnesota Leather Sir, or Minnesota Leather Boy. Although the event generally takes place in the Twin Cities area, it is not synonymous with the Twin Cities Leather Weekend. The organization is a longtime participant in the Twin Cities Pride Festival, boasting a spot in the parade for the largest leather flag in the United States. |
