Milton Owor

Milton Steven Owor is a Ugandan human resource manager, corporate executive, predictive index psychometric analyst, Human resource consultant, and a certified professional executive coach. He is the Chief People and Culture Officer on the management of the . He is a board member of the Sprout Capital Investments. He is a certified Predictive Index Psychometric Analyst.
In early 2000, Milton worked with Royal Dutch Shell as the Regional Human Resource Director Anglophone Africa.
In 2016, Owor served as a human resource consultant at Miphad business and human resources. His job title was changed to the Chief People and Culture Officer on 1 July 2022.
Owor is serving as an alternate director on the Board of directors of the Sprout Capital Investment. He is a member of the League of East Africa Directors (LEAD).
Trainings and talks
Owor delivered a session titled "Leading Records Management in the New Edge" at the International Council on Archives through the ICA Africa programme.
