Miljulneer (pronounced Mil jule Neer) is a Persian word for 'Thor', referring to the angel of war rather than the god of war. Miljulneer is fabled to be the angel commanding the army of angels that is in continuous battle with those angels who defected to be in Satan's army. Muljulneer's war is not in the name of god but for his/her own opposition to Satan's stand against humanity. From folklore/mythology, one cannot tell if Miljulneer is a male or female angel. In modern times, Miljulneer is often regarded as a concept of independent revolution against all things evil. Some local Iranian dissident groups are known to use this name to represent their politics′ neutral stand against their regime. |
