Milan Ivanovic (Serbian footballer)

Milan Ivanovic (born June 25, 1985) is a Serbian soccer coach and former player who last played as a midfielder for Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League. He is currently an assistant coach for the United States women's national soccer team.
Early life
Ivanovic was born in Belgrade. He played with the youth teams of Red Star Belgrade and Lokomotiva Belgrade, before moving to the United States at age 20 to attend university.
Club career
After university, Ivanovic returned to Serbia and played for Lokomotiva Belgrade for three seasons. He then returned to the US and played indoor soccer. He joined the coaching staff of FC Kansas City first in 2015, then permanently in 2016. He then followed head coach Vlatko Andonovski to take on the same role at Reign FC in 2018.
On November 4, 2019, Ivanovic became the United States women's national soccer team as an assistant coach.<ref name="uswnt" />
Ivanovic holds a UEFA B and a USSF C coaching licences.<ref name="fam" />
Personal life
Ivanovic is the son of Milos and Draga Ivanovic. He has four brothers - Dusan, Ivan, Predrag, and Ogi.<ref name="uni_bio" />
Ivanovic is married to Jovana Ivanovic, and they have a daughter Lenka and a son Vukan.<ref name="fam" />
