Michael Cole opened his ice cream shop after coming out of prison for marijuana possession. After receiving a business degree, he was trained by the owner of Chinatown Ice Cream Factory. The flavors he makes are hip-hop accented artisanal ice creams. Jay Z stocks the flavor "D’Usse de Leche" at his sports bar, the 40/40 club. In October 2021, they partnered up with Microsoft to make a flavor named "Bloomberry" based on the default "Bloom" wallpaper to promote Windows 11. The ice cream is blueberry with blueberry pie filling, pound cake & candy chocolate pieces. It is reported tasting very delicious.
