Mike Burgener is a Senior International Weightlifting Coach for the United States and runs a Regional Training Center for USA Weightlifting from his home in Bonsall, California. He has coached the Junior World Women's Weightlifting Team and his son, Casey Burgener, is a notable American Olympic Weightlifter. Burgener also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Rancho Buena Vista High School from 1985-1995?. In his own athletic career, he played American football for the University of Notre Dame. Burgener is also a longtime CrossFit coach overseeing numerous lifting clinics throughout the country. |
