Michelle Leslie Harris (born ) is an American beauty pageant contestant, who was Miss Delaware 1995 and competed in the 75th Anniversary Miss America pageant, which was won by Shawntel Smith of Oklahoma. At the Miss Delaware pageant, Harris held the title of Miss Brandywine, where her vocal rendition of Dolly Parton’s "I Will Always Love You" won the talent competition, leading her to the Miss Delaware crown, and garnering her a Bert Parks Talent Award at the Miss America Pageant. Biography Harris graduated from Duke University where she was a President's Honor Council nominee. She was named a Delaware "First State Achiever", and was recognized as an Outstanding Young Delawarean nominee for her commitment to community service and her platform, Multicultural Education. Harris appeared at the Showboat Casino, Bally's Park Place Casino, Philadelphia 76ers basketball games, The Apollo Theater, The Cape May Jazz Festival, and as a New York regional finalist for Star Search 2003. In 1996, Harris co-founded Suited To You - Total Image Consultants, a pageant coaching firm, and since 2004 she has served as Executive Co-Director of the Mrs. New Jersey United States Pageant, an official preliminary to the Mrs. United States Pageant. In 2008, Harris played a supporting role in the Mariah Carey film Tennessee.
