Michael T Cammarata

Michael Cammarata (born December 26, 1985), also credited as Michael T. Cammarata and Mike Cammarata, is an American Entrepreneur and programmer overcoming dyslexia at a young age. He is best known for becoming a technology and marketing wunderkid by his mid teens. Cammarata was responsible for developing one of the first Internet message boards in 1996, Ultraboard also known as UB, UB2K. He is the brother of Richard Cammarata.
Early life
Michael Cammarata was born in Lloyd Harbor, New York to Marcia and Bernard R. Cammarata. He is the youngest of 2 boys. His older brother is named Richard Cammarata.
Career
Early work
Cammarata began his career at age 10, after being introduced to a his first computer game Starcraft by a friend. Cammarata was faced with overcoming dyslexia at a young age only to become a technology and marketing wunderkind by his mid teens. Cammarata rapidly gained a reputation as an innovative entrepreneur, creating $85 million in revenue by his teens. Cammarata was responsible for developing one of the first Internet message boards in 1996, Ultraboard, and founded a website hosting venture that grew into a full-service Internet advertising and digital support company.
Cammarata pioneering work has been embraced by the likes of Google, Yahoo, AOL, and MSN. Cammarata also earned a reputation in consumer electronics by developed a product search and buying system that has since been adopted by some of the world’s largest manufacturers and retailers, including Costco.
