Metroid SR 388

Metroid: SR388 is or was a fan made hobbyist action-platform video game. According to one of the preview videos, the game is not a remake of any existing Metroid game, but is rumoured to follow Samus Aran as she returns to SR388 or a planet like it. Rumored Features The website talks about custom cutscenes created by the Metroid: SR388 Team. Samus Aran too has significant changes made to her. Her mechanics have been modified so that she now has more movements and actions. Shown in the video is also an "Advanced Subscreen Operation" where several new weapons can be seen. Especially notable, are the two slots after the Gravity suit in the "suits" section that seem to hint that there will most likely be at least two more acquirable suits after the Gravity Suit bringing the total to 5 acquirable suits. New bosses are also evident, as shown and told in the same video, where a white mechanical floating machine with a huge eye in the centre can be seen attacking Samus and picking her up as she attempts riddling it with missiles. New locations are also shown ranging from desert like to glacier like to fire like to water like to cave like to even Roman like environments with white Roman Columns.
