Melissa Galt is a an interior designer, educator, radio personality and author living and working in Atlanta. She attained a BS from Cornell University in Hotel administration . She then went on to Southern Institute in Birmingham, Alabama where she graduated with honors in Interior design. After her move to Atlanta, Georgia, Galt taught design classes at Emory University on such topics as "Great Design Sources for Decorating," "Change Your Interiors, Change Your Life" and "Haute Couture for the Home: Living with Style" before taking on the job of a lifestyle coach. Galt was trained and certified as a life coach by Marcia Wieder. Galt speaks nationally on topics such as "Designing a Signature Life," "Don't Wait for a Mate, Feather Your Nest Now!" and "Designing a Signature Lifestyle." Galt has a radio show called "The Art Full Life". She is a member of many professional organizations including "NARI," (National Association of Remodelers) , "IFDA" (International Furnishings and Design Association) , "ADN," (Atlanta Designers Network) and is on the board for "IDS," (Interior Design Society) . She is the great grandaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright and daughter of American actress Anne Baxter.
