Mehraj Ahmed (born 5 January 1989) is an English first-class cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for Worcestershire until his release at the end of the 2009 season. He was born in Birmingham. Ahmed, who had represented Worcestershire's Second XI since 2006, made his List A debut in the Friends Provident Trophy in May 2008, and made his first-class debut against Loughborough UCCE in the same week. He played in the Birmingham District Premier Cricket League for many years. He had previously played for Barnt Green CC from 2005 to 2009. He then moved to Walsall CC in 2010, and played in the Birmingham Premier League with Attock CC in 2011. In 2011 he also played one game for Derbyshire Second XI. He scored 348 runs in league games for Attock CC in 2011 but excelled as a T20 opening batsman helping Attock CC reach the semifinals of the Birmingham District Premier Cricket League Cup. Now he is playing for Sparkhill united in Birmingham Parks league
