Waheed Iqbal

Waheed Iqbal (born 30 October 1976) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played a single first-class match for Islamabad during the 1999-2000 season. He was born in Kuwait, but played all his cricket in Pakistan.
A right-handed all-rounder bowling medium pace, Waheed played at under-19 level for Islamabad during both the 1994-95 and 1995-96 seasons, and in January 1995 was part of the Islamabad team that made the final of the National Junior Cup Grade II. His sole first-class appearance and only senior game for Islamabad came in November 1999, when he was selected in the side to play the Agricultural Development Bank in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy. Waheed opened the batting with Naved Ahmed, the side's captain, on debut, and scored 21 runs in his only innings as the match petered out to a draw after four days.
