</noinclude> Meghna Alam (; born 2 October 1995) is a Bangladeshi model, activist and beauty pageant titleholder. She is the first winner of Miss Earth Bangladesh 2020 and currently representing Bangladesh in Miss Earth 2020. Alam is a leadership trainer trained along with and side by side of some well known ministers in the world. She has worked as ghost writer for the Prime Minister and had been offered to write for US presidential candidates as well. Early life and education Alam was born in Dhaka to father ASM Badrul Alam who is a farmer leader. She completed her SSC in 2010 from Viqarunnisa Noon School and HSC in 2012 from Viqarunnisa Noon college .Alam then enrolled herself in BBA programme of the North South University. In 2015, she studied the subject Political Training for Political Educators in ENFF, Escola National Florestan Fernandez School, Brasil. Alam has been an environmental activist from the age of 10. Her journey started as being an interpreter in different conferences and seminars due to her multiple language proficiency. Pageantry Alam is the first Miss Earth representative from Bangladesh. She is the first competitor in the history of Miss Earth to be under 5’4”. Alam represented Bangladesh in Miss Freedom of the World 2019 and was in the top 18 of Miss Universe Bangladesh 2019. Social work Alam runs a non- profit organization Ekottro Foundation which is basically a platform for young people to balance their mental health by using unity and creativity to make a positive change in society. The organization distributes nutritious food among street kids, organize medical check ups and volunteer in taking educational classes on a regular basis. The organization is now a co-organizer of the world's largest moving school on Climate Awareness connecting youths and grassroots, climate activists and researchers from around the world running through Bangladesh, India, and Nepal. Currently, with support from Miss Earth Bangladesh organization, she is committed to build a digital Ecommerce site for women to sell recycled products from Plastic and become financially solvent while reversing climate change. Achievements Alam became member of Central committee at Bangladesh Krishok Federation, the largest farmer's network in Bangladesh and supported the organization and it's Bangladeshi counterparts under the umbrella of La Via Campesina, the largest farmer's network globally to have more youth engagement in the movement. Alam was also invited to Facebook Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland in 2014 as one "Young World Ambassador"
