Maxwell C. Hall (born November 8, 1994) is an American volunteer, advocate, and proponent for human and civil rights. He is an activist for youth and human rights both in his State of Minnesota, and in the United States. He is a volunteer within the City of Forest Lake , Minnesota. Hall is, too, a member of the Forest Lake Community Emergency Response Team helping the community for emergency preparedness. At Forest Lake Area Senior High, Hall is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars due to his outstanding academic achievement. The announcement was made Aug. 8 by NSHSS Founder and Chairman Claes Nobel, a member of the family that established the Nobel Prizes. Hall aspires to become a part of the Legislature in his future, stating "I want to be able to stand-up, and fight for something that's bigger than just myself." Works He is the Founder and President of the National Youth Rights Association Chapter of Washington County, Minnesota in the United States of America. His most notable work has been able to be seen throughout the State of Minnesota and the United States. The National Youth Rights association is the largest youth-led organization in the United States of America. He has appeared on television discussion panels, such as the "Youth & Politics" panel hosted by the Minneapolis Televison Network, those in attendance included Minnesota State Senator Kari Dziedzic and Minneapolis City Council Vice President Robert Lilligren. Maxwell C. Hall was elected presiding officer on Oct. 26 at the Student Congress tournament held at the Minnesota State Capitol. At this event, students come together to debate bills and resolutions and then vote yes or no, just like a real Congress. Hall was charged with keeping order throughout the chamber, directing members to speak and keeping track of time. Awards Maxwell C. Hall has won multiple awards for his volunteer service including the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration's Excellence in Youth Volunteerism award, given on his birthday, for his outstanding volunteer service to his community at the association's annual meeting. He has a documented 700+ hours of community service. Hall was also awarded the President's Volunteer Service award. Awarded a certificate of appreciation from both the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Hall is also featured on the Wall of Tolerance in Montgomery, Alabama for his work on behalf of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
