Maryam Issaka Kriese

Maryam Issaka Kriese is the running mate to Nana Kwame Bediako of The New Force for the election 2024. She is also a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies in Accra.
Education
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana. Kriese holds a PhD in finance, an MBA, and advanced certifications in Islamic Finance and ERP software.
Career
She has lectured at the University of Ghana Business School and the University of Professional Studies and has held the position of Senior Manager at the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) prior to the announcement as the running mate. She is also an advocate for women's rights.
Political career
On October 5, 2024, the New Force's flagbearer, Nana Kwame Bediako, announced Maryam Issaka Kriese as his running mate for the 2024 general election at an event in Kumasi.
