*FBLA; The Future Business Leaders of America club is meant to provide additional opportunities for students in business and/or business related fields to develop vocational and career supportive competencies and to promote civic and personal responsibilities. Students have already taken home numerous trophies and awards in the two years of its existence. Established in 2005, it is lead by the technology teacher. 7th and 8th grade students are eligible for membership. There are five main officer positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Webmaster. In the summer of 2007, they became the first middle level team in Arizona FBLA history to travel to a national convention. *MRTV; an in-school TV news broadcast, filmed each week, telling current events and school activities.

Jazz Band
One of the most prestigious clubs outside of the school day would be the jazz band program. In the 2004-2005 school year, the Marshall Ranch Jazz Band 1 was invited to play at the International Association for Jazz Education, or IAJE. The elementary band was one of only two elementary bands in the United States to be invited to play at the International Assoctiation. The prerequisities of being in the Jazz band is that you must be in the concert band, which is also very professionally coordinated and perform. Jazz and concert bands exceed many of other schools and high schools that have jazz and concert bands.
