It was proven in the Old Baily court case in 2002 that Mark had never trained him or any other suspected terrorists at the US site. Sulayman Balal Zain-ul-abidin used the knowledge from his security training to start a website that promoted a weapons course called "The Ultimate Jihad Challenge" which was allegedly accessed and used by Muslim terrorists. Yates claimed he received several credible death threats after news of the case broke. Zain-ul-abidin was later acquitted of all charges.
