Margie Omero (born 1974) is EVP of Public Affairs at PSB Research (Penn Schoen Berland), a strategic research company with offices around the world. She also is the founder and president of Momentum Analysis, a Democratic political polling firm opinion research firm based in Washington. Her 2010 bipartisan work on 'Walmart moms' helped define and describe that swing voting bloc. Momentum Analysis later merged with Purple Strategies, and Omero joined as a managing director of the company's research division, Purple Insights, continuing her research on female consumers. She also blogs on polling and gender for pollster.com. She appears on Sunday morning talk shows. Personal life Margaret Omero's parents are Barbara Leflein of Ringwood, New Jersey, and Costas Omero of Washington, DC, and the stepdaughter of Thomas Leflein. Her mother owns a market research company bearing her name in Ringwood. Margaret Omero kept her own name when she married Julian Joseph St. John Mulvey in July 2009 at Halcyon House in Washington. They are involved with the Universal Brotherhood. Her husband, Julian Mulvey, was reared in England. He is a Boston University graduate and partner in Devine Mulvey, a Democratic media consulting firm in Washington which advise US and other political campaigns. He wrote the play “Rush’s Dream,” about the feud and friendship of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, staged off Broadway in 2004 at the HERE Arts Center.
