Marcus Giavanni (born 1960) is a Google+ Conversation Authority, entrepreneur, and politician in Denver, Colorado. He ran unsuccessfully as a write-in candidate in the 2011 Denver Mayoral elections and again as a write-in candidate in the Colorado gubernatorial election, 2014. Immediately following that election, Giavanni ran for Mayor of Denver in the 2015 elections as a write-in candidate, again unsuccessfully. The election was won by the incumbent mayor Michael Hancock with 80% of the vote.
After the 2011 elections for Denver Mayor, Candidate Marcus Giavanni filed a law suit, (but withdrew case, due to ballot printing issues, would not have made the printing candidate due date) against the city and county of Denver, and it's Clerk and Recorder Stephanie O'Malley.
