MamaJuana Energy is an energy drink inspired by the Mama Juana cocktail from the Dominican Republic. It is a 2-oz. non-alcoholic shot with a mixed berry flavor which can be drunk as it is or mixed with rum, vodka or other spirits. It was created by John Layfield, from World Wrestling Entertainment.
The taste of MamaJuana Energy is fruity, whereas Mama Juana has a sweet bark, cinnamon and honey taste.
Ingredients
MamaJuana Energy’s proprietary blend includes Maca, a herb traditionally used as an aphrodisiac and to increase sexual performance in men. The formula also contains natural sexual stimulants such as Hawthorn Berry, Muira Puama and Horny Goat Weed. The energy blend contains L-Phenylalanine, Glucuronolactone and Malic Acid, among other ingredients.

History
Mamajuana is a 4000-year-old cocktail from the Dominican Republic. Originally made by the Taino Indians, mamajuana is a closely guarded recipe of herbs, leaves, roots, bark and spices. Honey, wine or rum is generally added to the mixture and aged accordingly. The elixir is used for everything from common colds to arousing sexual desire to relieving arthritic pain.
