Maleeka R Ghai is a professional film,theater and tv personality born and bought-up in new delhi . she started her career at a very tender age of 15 in new delhi. she faced the camera for the first time for doordarshan as an anchor in "sur sangam" and she never looked back. she moved to mumbai in 1993 she did her first film "Mukka" Directed by Raj N Sippy as Negative role oppsite Puneet Issar and Tinu Anand. Later she did many films like "Chor Ke Piche Chor" opposite Jeetendra and soon was flooded with offers. after that she did "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat", "Mere Sapno Ki Raani", Then she tried her hand at comedy and did two films opposite Johnny Lever (Hum To Mohabbat Karega and Heeralal Pannalal). Later Maleeka made a shift to television when Zee TV was launched and did her first project "parivartan" Produced by UTV paired with Rajeev Paul. By now she had become a mature and learned actor, and she blossmed even in theatre and did many plays like "Tim Tim" "Hello" and "saray".She being a versatile actor not only did negative and comedy roles but also did very strong characters in tv shows like "Mulk" on Zee Tv and "Zindagi teri meri kahani" on sahara one.
