Mailai Sapthaswarangal is a fine arts academy in Mayuram (Mayiladuthurai), Tamil Nadu, India. The main cultural and traditional activity of the academy is "Mayura Natiyanjali". A team organise the event with the help and the coordination of the peoples of Mayiladuthurai. Mayura Natiyanjali The Mayura Natianjali event is organised by a registered trust called Sapthasvarangal Trust, a non profit organization. Its aim is to create awareness about Indian culture through classical music and classical dance (Bharathanatyam). The event name means "Worshiping Lord Shiva through Bharathanatyam". Dancers participating in the event have included: * Padmavibushan Dr. Sonal Mansingh, * Padmabuahan Dr. Badma Subramanium, * Yuvakala Bharathi Actress Sowrnamalya, * Yuvakala Bharathi Dubai Archana Narayanamoorthy, * Dr. Janaki Rangarajan, USA, * Actors Sanjai and Sunitha Sanjai, * Chennai Revathy Ramachindran, * Actress Divya Kasthoori, * Chennai Jayapriya Vikraman, * Kolkatta Kalamandabam troops, * Malysia Lashya Arts Troops, * Shakkthi Kannan, Australia and other participants from all over the world.
