Ewald series

The Ewald Series is a series of four fantasy novels written by the Canadian-Palestinian author Ameer Idreis, and illustrated by professional artist Hanadi Bader. The books follow Ewald Ellington, a young teenager whom is introduced to a hidden country named The Magic Section (that has been shielded from the outside world for the protection of their kind). Ewald alongside Alex Egond and Dhiman Letap must keep up with the rumours and gossip telling the story of the comeback of Gethin, a once defeated criminal. Until he finds out the fact that his family is tied with the terror-seeking warlock in the legend of the Gems of Time. As Gethin hunts for the gems, the three families must guard them, and so Ewald's journey begins.
