Magaby Cabreio is a Colombian artist. She studied in Bogotá, Colombia and in Italy, and has exhibited extensively in Colombia, France, Spain, and the United States. Cabreio's major influences are her fascination with water and its movement, and her commitment to the environment. Her large format canvasses are highly textured, using a mixture of oils and sand to create pieces that are almost three-dimensional. She has used a travelling exhibition of installation art to raise awareness of environmental issues. Studies * MS in Arts History and Theory. Gallery LaLocalidad. Bogotá.
