Maddie cyrus

Maddie Cyrus (born April 10, 1989) is the older cousin of the very popular singer Miley Cyrus. Maddie is also a singer, musician and actress. She appeared in minor roles in TV shows, such as her cousin's show Hannah Montana, Privileged, How I Met Your Mother, and The Troop. She also had minor roles in movies such as, 17 Again, Miss March, Knuckle Draggers, and The Romantics.
Early life
Maddie was born in Franklin, Tennessee on April 10 1989, to Kevin Cyrus, the brother of famous country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. (mother is unknown at this time). Maddie grew up down the street of her uncle Billy's farm just outside of Nashville, where she hung out with her cousins, uncle and aunt all the time. She is the granddaughter of Democratic politician Ron Cyrus. She is of part Cherokee descent. Maddie attended Heritage Middle School, along with her little cousin, Miley, where they both where cheerleaders.
Career
Maddie became interested in acting when she was seven, and took classes at the Armstrong Acting Studio while living in Toronto, Canada. Her early career was marked by theater roles. When Cyrus was eleven, she sang alongside with her uncle Billy at one of his concert. She loved it. She then, began singing at locals talent contests and carnivals. It was then, she was discover by 19 Entertainment, a major label. Then her dream began!
