Mackenzie Pearce

Mackenzie Pearce, born February 22, 1978, to Allan Dare Pearce and Mary Anne Ducharme, has made a career out of studying success.
Graduating from the University of Windsor with a degree in Psychology, she went on to open one of the most successful coaching schools of all time, The Coaching Academy of North America.
The curriculum for this school does not study coaching exclusively as Pearce believes that success cannot be limited to the study of coaching (as valuable as it is). "Success is a combination of elements and coaching is the vassal which puts them into use." (From Pearce's personal website).
"Coach Mackenzie" as she is commonly known, has developed and created the following theories, formulas and tests: the Theory of the Emotional Average, the Psychology of Successful Life Change and the Success Predictor Test.
Biography
Pearce will report that she grew up in a seemingly stable middle class home in Ontario, Canada. One of Pearce's three brothers died as an infant when Pearce was 12. Pearce's cousins (twins) closest to her age died of cystic fibrosis during her childhood and adolescence.
At the age of 20 she began pondering a return to school. An extensive journey that would encompass the study of psychology, coaching, leadership, marketing and business.
At the last update Pearce still resided in Ontario, spending her days as acting director of the Coaching Academy of North America, creating new material for her instructors and trainers to teach (who total more then 10 and are located throughout the United States and Canada) and her beloved students to learn.
