Television & Radio Host LYDIA PATEL

Born Lydia Patel on March 12th, Lydia has always been beyond her years both academically and professionally.

Without letting negative forces drive her, she decided to direct her energy towards her passion for television broadcasting. Before even completing the program, Lydia was co-hosting local television programs entertainment events. Because of the nature of the program,Lydia was later hired as a news anchor for MTV NETWORKS Tempo News where she also wrote, researched and produced her own news segments. Lydia has also interviewed politicians and political figures such as first lady of NY Michelle Patterson, Haiti's former president Rene Preval, Brooklyn's district attorney Honorable Charles Hynes and Canada's Michaelle Jean.

Lydia has been an official guest on Tyra Banks show, part of BET's 106 & Park free style friday celebrity judge panel. Lydia Patel has interviewed numerous entertainers such as Usher, Ciara, Donna Karan, Sinbad, Tyrese, Susan Sarandon, The black eyed peas and many more. Her other accomplishments include NY Fashion week, the Tribeca Film Festival, as well as voice overs and commercials.

Lydia has also starred in two major independent films by Carl/LU Productions called 'The accountant Story' and 'The Building' both soon to be released.
