Lydia Maria Bader

Lydia Maria Bader was born in Bavaria, Germany in 1981, a German Pianist studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich with Prof. K.-H. Mrongovius and Prof. Michael Schäfer. At her four years old she began start to learn music and musical career being taught by her father in the beginning, she earned first awards for young musicians at the age of six. Since, she has received training at renowned music universities in Munich, Graz and Paris (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique).
Musical career
Lydia recognized as German Piano Princess by the Chinese media, as German magazine Focus called her The New Classical Superstar.
Out of her country, first she invited to China in 2009 to perform piano concert and she performed five recitals in the Provinces of Yunnan, Guangxi and Hunan for she got international media attention.
Education
Lydia studied on Music and Performing Arts of Munich in Germany universities with several professor whoever are influenced on her life most namely Prof. K.-H. Mrongovius, Prof. Markus Schirmer and Prof. Michael Schäfer. She also received a one year scholarship at the prestigious Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in the class of Michel Béroff.
In 2011, she finished her postgraduate course at the Music University in Graz.
Publication and Grant Award

In 2004, Lydia received scholarships from and Giesecke & Devrient. Beside the skill development on music, this scholarship also expenses to a CD recording in the same year.
After two years later in 2006, she selected as Young German Pianists of the University for Music in Munich to recording CD.

* 13 1st prizes in the national competition “Jugend musiziert” from 1987 till 2001

World Tour
Since 2009 Lydia has been performed in Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, France, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, China and Bangladesh yet. She was frequently invited at festivals in France and Austria, like the Festwochen Gmunden, where she performed piano - was concertos by Franz Liszt and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
