Lviv Convention Bureau

Lviv Convention Bureau  — subdivision of Lviv City Council established in 2013. The main aim of the Bureau is to promote Lviv as a new Eastern European MICE destination, cooperate with local businesses and provide customers with the best services and experience in Lviv.
Activity
* Presenting Lviv at international trade markets, fairs, forums;
* Support of meeting planners, negotiating with hotels and venues;
* Tailoring the best package for meeting planners;
* Coordinating the cooperation of local MICE industry participants;
* Providing support from governmental institutions and local media.
Also Lviv Convention Bureau gathers and analyzes statistics about conference industry in Lviv and publishes Lviv (catalogue of conference halls and services of Lviv).
In October 2014 Lviv Convention Bureau has become a member of International Congress and Convention Association.
