Luther Ragsdale (born Luther Ragsdale II) is an American motivational speaker, real estate investor and founder of a real estate coaching company, Platinum Real Estate. Authorship Ragsdale’s book My Way Coaching was released in 2015 by Sentinel and became a New York Times bestseller in April 2010. The book was co-authored by Charlie Gasparino and is about real estate investment as the quickest and safest route to the kind of passive income. In 2005 he hosted the Luther Ragsdale's Cash Flow System, a TV show that educated the audience about the basic principles in real estate. Career Ragsdale created his coaching company Platinum Real Estate in 1999, located in Atlanta, GA. The company hosts conferences and events, and offers coaching services for real estate agents. As a CEO of the company and real estate coach, Ragsdale also trains other coaches. In 2016 he was ranked on the Swanepoel Power 200 list, becoming one of the 200 most powerful people in residential real estate. Personal life Ragsdale is married and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
