lupE.N.D. is the confirmed third and final album to be released by Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco. In , Lupe mentions the album's title in the songs "Gotta Eat" and "Fighters." Background The title references some computer and arcade games in which you have to enter three letters of your name. When the game ends, the 3 letters appear and END; hence lupE.N.D. This will be Lupe's third and final album. On October 31st, at a show at Congress Theater in Chicago (which will soon be released on DVD and a live album), Lupe announced that his next album will be titled and punctuated "lupE.N.D.". lupE.N.D. will be a triple album. Lupe said the name of each disc will be "Everywhere", "Nowhere" and "Down Here" (E.N.D.). |
