Lumel D. Valadez

Lumel D. Valadez was born in Alice, Texas on December 22, 1976 to Luis David Valadez and Elda Hawkins Valadez. Lumel graduated on May 31, 1995 from Alice High School in Alice Texas. Lumel has appeared in many magazine articles and countless photos dealing with the car audio world. He has appeared over 15 times in magazines with 5 of them being from countries other then the United States. He has achieved many wins across the us country and has been a sound off judge in Mexico for the national finals. He has set and broken many USACI world records for the loudest vehicle in his power class. His current vehicle, RXZILLA, has placed first at all the regional event in Texas known as the Texas Heat waves in 2007. He is the founder and president of the sound off team know as Team Border Hoppers. The team stretches all across the country and has been known to set and break sound off records. In 2006 Lumel and his vehicle took 3rd place at the USACI World Championships held in Kansas City Mo. Lumel currently works for Kenwood USA as a product specialist. He resides in Fort Worth Texas with his wife Melissa Mata-Valadez. Lumel has won well over three hundred trophies in sound off competitions. Some of the wins include, Spring Break Jam, Spring Break Nationals, Texas Heat waves and USACI World Finals.
