Loccit was a Bristol based start-up founded in 2010 by entrepreneurs Luke Aikman and Fraser Wood. It has developed a body of technology to preserve a user's "digital footprint". Loccit was developing services across web and mobile platforms (including iPhone and Android). Winners of the Technium Challenge 2010 In July 2010 Loccit won the Technium Challenge UK (est 2003) after a pitch in front of a judging panel chaired by head-judge (Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire) Kevin Green. The company won a prize package worth £30,000 and established a relationship with the Welsh Assembly Government who were responsible for the administration of the award.
