Although Little Greek is best known for its amazing Greek salads and Gyros, we also have some of the best Greek desserts found anywhere! History
Little Greek Fresh Grill is a chain of eating establishments that was founded by Sigrid Bratic in 2004. Bratic visited Florida in search of an opportunity to start her own business, and discovered a small Greek restaurant for sale in Palm Harbor. On June 1, 2004, Bratic purchased the then-struggling business. At that time, Little Greek included one store. As of April 27, 2020, there were 43 Little Greek locations in 6 states: 2 in Arkansas, 28 in Florida, 2 in Illinois,1 in Kentucky, 1 in Ohio, and 9 in Texas.
The inaugural location of the original restaurant was in 320 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor, and was later renamed "Little Greek." Following Bratic's changes, the restaurant increased its sales.
Partnership
Nick Vojnovic invested in the Little Greek concept in 2011, following his twelve-year corporate presidency of Beef O'Brady's. Vojnovic helped Beef's expand from thirty locations to 270 stores across twenty-three states before it was sold to private equity firm in 2010. Following the acquisition, Vojnovic pursued a at the in Tampa, Florida, earning his degree in May 2012.
Vojnovic reviewed more than one hundred concepts before learning of Little Greek and Bratic. Bratic's distinctive combination of tasty, healthy food in the emerging Greek-Mediterranean "fast-casual" dining segment captured his interest, eventually leading to an investment.
On April 27, 2011, Bratic and Vojnovic signed a partnership agreement, with a goal of opening franchised Little Greek restaurants throughout the Tampa Bay area and across the US. In April 2012, Sigrid and Nick celebrated the one-year anniversary of their partnership and their success in opening five units in five months.

Little Greek offers Greek-inspired American food in a fast-casual dining setting. The chain offers takeout and dine-in options and has a separate catering menu. Menu items include Greek Salad, Gyros, Souvlakis, and Dolmades.
DOLMADES -tender grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice, tomato and herbs. Served with lemon sauce.
FALAFEL-Traditional deep-fried mixture of seasoned ground chickpeas and fava beans. Served with tzatziki sauce.
FRIED PITA CHIPS WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE-Fried pita chips served with tzatziki sauce.
HUMMUS WITH PITA BREAD-Traditional hummus with grilled pita bread.
SPINACH PIE (SPANAKOPITA)-Flaky phyllo dough stuffed with a mixture of spinach and feta cheese. Served with tzatziki sauce.
GREEK SALAD- Our mouth watering Greek salad made exactly the way you like it! Choose your ingredients: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, green peppers, kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers, potato salad, feta cheese, and beets.
VILLAGE SALAD (HORIATIKI)- Salad with NO lettuce - chunks of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, green peppers, pepperoncini peppers potato salad and feta cheese.
CHICKEN SKEWERS (SOUVLAKI)-Two char-grilled chicken skewers over rice with a side Greek salad.
LAMB SKEWERS (SOUVLAKI)-Two char-grilled lamb skewers over rice with a side Greek salad.
STEAK SKEWERS (SOUVLAKI)- Two char-grilled steak skewers over rice with a side Greek salad.
