List of unused highways in Germany

An unused highway may reference a highway or highway ramp that was partially or fully constructed but was unused or later closed. An unused ramp can be referred to as a stub ramp, stub street, stub-out, The following is a list:

*Kreuz Dortmund-Nordwest (A2 / A45) - bridges and sliproads exist to carry the A45 north of this junction.
*Kreuz Castrop-Rauxel-Ost (A42 / A45) - bridges and sliproads exist to carry the A42 east of this junction.
* A44 between A61 and A46, closed and taken over by the Garzweiler lignite mine expansion.
*Reichsautobahn stretches were abandoned at outbreak of World War II. Some parts remained for decades, like the Reichsautobahn Berlin-Königsberg sections in Poland, called Berlinka there.
