List of Stratego players

The list of Stratego players is concerned with the leading or champion figures in the history of various forms of Stratego. The list should be limited to champions and significant figures in the game, so if current names do not meet that standard they may be removed.

* AU World's most experienced and highest ranked player. Mark is particularly talented at the 'lakeside bluff' attack. He has successfully delivered this brilliant attack on several occasions defeating many upcoming talents (most notably James "the boring bomb' Clapham in the 2011 championship series. Mark is also well known for his 'fake bomb bluff' which has caused many an opponent to sustain heavy casualties. Additionally, Mark is a very formidable table tennis player.
* GB World Ultimate Lightning Stratego Champion in 2006 & 2007.
* Anthony Melbourne GB Olympic Stratego Champion in 2005.
* Cris Seargent GB Part of the British team that won the 2007 World Team Championships.
* Jonathon Edwards GB Junior European Ultimate Lightning Stratego Champion in 2006.
* GB Part of the British team that won the 2007 World Team Championships.
* GB Is learning the art of the Stretego battle ground however is not very good. James has adopted a very conservative battle stance whereby he uses a combination of boring 4s and 5s to do most of the dirty work whilst his Marshal and Colonel hide. James is often also referred to as 'sissy sargent' or 'the mundane miner' because of his lackluster playing style.

* Vincent de Boer Nl World Classic Stratego Champion in 2003, 2004 and 2007.
* Erik van den Berg Nl World Classic Stratego Champion in 2000, 2001 and 2006.
* Tim Slagboom Nl A leading Classic Stratego player.
* Roel Eefting Nl Stratego Olympic Champion in 2006 & 2007. World Barrage Stratego champion in 2006 & 2007. Cambodian Classic Stratego Champion in 1997.
* Dennis Baas Nl Barrage Stratego World Champion in 2003.
* Johnny van Geffen Nl A leading Classic Stratego player, World Champion 1999.
* Marc Derks Nl Cambodian Classic Stratego Champion in 1998.
